Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Odessa Superior Movers (“we”, “us”) uses the personal details you give us through this website. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What We Collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write about your move. We also keep basic, anonymous statistics about visits to the site.

How We Use It

Only to answer your request: to call you back, quote your move, schedule it and follow up afterward. We never sell your details. We may share them with the moving crew that handles your job.

How Long We Keep It

Requests that do not lead to a move are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed moves are kept as long as Texas and federal rules for household goods carriers require.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email support@odessamoving.com and we will reply within 30 days.
